Frequently Asked Questions

  • Burn Time

    Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn (approx. 2–3 hours). This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn for the life of your candle.

    Trim the Wick

    Keep your wood wick trimmed to about 1/8”–3/16” before each burn. A shorter wick gives a cleaner, more controlled flame.

    Keep It Centered

    If the wick shifts, gently reposition it while the wax is still soft to maintain an even melt.

    Burn Duration

    Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Let the candle cool before relighting.

    Extinguishing

    Blow out gently or use a snuffer. Avoid pushing the wick into the wax.

    Reuse + Safety

    Discontinue use when ~1/2 inch of wax remains. Always burn on a heat-safe surface and never leave unattended.

  • Processing Time

    All orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

    Delivery Times

    Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

    If you’re local, delivery or pickup options may be available at checkout.

    Delays

    Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

  • Due to the nature of our candles and oil products, those sales are final.

    Clothing purchases may be refunded

    Damaged Orders

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.

  • Clean Burning

    Our candles are made with a premium 100 percent soy wax blend and high-quality fragrance oils.

    Thoughtfully Made

    Each candle is hand-poured in small batches to ensure quality and consistency.
